welcome method case studies

My Approach

I use elements of different models, principally focussing on Psychodynamic and Person-Centred approaches – identifying the goals of the client and actions to achieve these.

I maintain a pragmatic approach throughout my work with clients, with the emphasis on the future as well as examining the past, using analysis and reflection only to support forward movement.

Where a client specifically seeks it through our contract, I can sometimes offer options or
suggestions based on my experience of “people issues”.

In all my work with clients I aim to enhance their confidence, self-reliance and self-belief to enable them to build motivation and create and maintain momentum.
