Who Am I?

I work as a self-employed consultant specialising in personal and organisational change. As an experienced facilitator and coach I have proven strengths in working with individuals and groups across a wide range of sectors to achieve measurable outcomes.

I also provide training and personal development and have experience of initiating, designing and delivering a range of programmes for voluntary, public and private sector organisations.

I have developed effective management and organisational skills throughout my career. These are now utilised in directing and delivering a range of consultancy projects.

The use of coaching and counselling tools is integral to many aspects of my work. I am qualified in Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches to counselling and I apply these skills and training in one-to-one and group coaching situations.

I also hold a qualification in Collaborative Law. This approach helps couples who are separating to work together to achieve fair, mutually agreed outcomes for their futures apart. This helps clients to regain control of their lives, and reduces legal costs.
